Collage of Chords

I taught myself how to play guitar using a wrinkled poster of guitar chords from a second hand store, The Cellar Door.
It cost 50 cents- talked down from a dollar.

(Here's a video 3-months into learning- be gentle.)
The guitar was collecting dust in my sorority sister's dorm room- a Fender from the 70's. Its original owner gave away his possessions to her family when he left to sail around the world. She's letting me borrow it semi-permanently.

You don't have to know the story behind something to enjoy it, but I believe you do to appreciate it.

It's a fun collage of photos, blurbs, videos, and more!

I had never used middlespot.com before creating this dashboard. It's a simple program to use once you practice the basic functions- and fail a few times. You're able to customize almost anything you add to your screen, including the background. Because of the options available, I began spending more time on the appearance of my page than on the content. It's easy to become distracted. After completing a solid base it was easy to recognize the benefits of a dashboard- the visuals allows for more clarity and personal connection with the topic.

I look forward to continually adding to my guitar concept and using the site as a tool for future projects.
