Creative Chaos

As a self-declared scatter brain, I have always found mind maps to be useful-- they're actually how I study.

My philosophy study guide.
A white board review session.
Bubbl.us generated map.

The only issue with elaborately drawing out my notes as a mind map or web is spacing. Often times my final sheet (shown above) is a third or fourth draft. Though white board maps allow for erasing, there is still always spacial issues.

The computer bubbles are fantastic because they allow me to color code, and easily create and reorganize my web. The arrows of the mind map allow me to draw connection between many branches. The mash up tool ended up looking as disorganized as my thoughts, though it was much more visually appealing.

Though the virtual map allows for further organization, I will continue with the hand drawn maps, as they give me a chance to use art supplies and the drafts allow me to better remember the connections. generated map.
